1What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, email us at support@scifisupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
We're so sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@scifisupply.com with photos of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
4Are return shipping costs covered by Sci-Fi Supply?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
